The statistical period of this article is June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

Top 30 Chinese Non-Game Publishers by Overseas Revenue in June

During the statistical period, the leading structure of the June ranking of Chinese non-game publishers by overseas revenue remained stable, with no significant changes in publisher rankings. ByteDance's overseas revenue declined slightly, but its data lead remained clear, allowing it to continue leading the ranking. Glority's flagship app PictureThis continued its strong summer performance, helping the publisher's overseas revenue grow slightly by 5% and keeping it firmly in second place. Multiple image-editing apps under Meitu (HK:01357), including AirBrush and BeautyCam, have maintained overseas revenue growth for several consecutive months, with the U.S. market showing especially notable growth. This drove the publisher back into the top three this month.

Against the backdrop of an overall decline in revenue data, competition among mid-tier publishers became even more intense. Publishers with a stable base of paying users and mature monetized products are more likely to improve their rankings. Renren Inc.'s truck navigation app Trucker Path: Truck GPS & Fuel further expanded its parking services in June, integrating more than 50,000 reservable truck parking spaces in the United States and supporting direct booking of overnight and long-term parking. This feature upgrade further drove subscription-user growth, helping the product's revenue continue the steady upward trend it has maintained since last July. It also helped the publisher's overseas revenue grow by more than 2.8% again in June, lifting its ranking into the top ten.

Bilibili's (NASDAQ:BILI) overseas video app bilibili saw significant revenue growth in Hong Kong, China, Macao, China, and Taiwan, China in June. Local licensed anime titles such as The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady and The Beginning After the End Season 2 continued to launch and update during the month, while the resumption of new chapters of the well-known animated series A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality may have driven concentrated growth in paid membership subscription demand. This helped the publisher maintain stable revenue-side data and rise five places in the ranking.

In the lower half of the list, Daily Yoga's dance fitness app Dancefitme: Fun weight loss introduced new fat-burning training courses in version 4.47.0, launched in late May. Coinciding with rising summer demand for fat loss and body shaping, the update received positive user feedback and effectively promoted paid conversion. Driven by this, the product reversed the downward revenue trend it had faced since the beginning of the year, which in turn lifted the publisher's overseas revenue by more than 26.7% month on month and significantly improved its ranking. In addition, publishers that moved up in the ranking last month included Changdu Technology, HelloTalk, and Huafang Group (HK:03611).

Top 30 Chinese Game Publishers by Overseas Revenue in June

With the summer season officially beginning, game publishers accelerated content updates and operating cadence around key products. Anniversary celebrations, season iterations, and major version events launched intensively, driving hit products to compete further for user time and market increment. Competition for users and payments between new games and existing products continued to intensify, causing significant ranking changes among mid- and lower-tier publishers.

Data shows that the overseas revenue of the top four publishers in the June ranking all declined to varying degrees, with the overall performance of the leading group weakening. Among them, Microfun showed relatively small data fluctuations. Its cooking-themed merge game Flambé®: Merge and Cook continued to perform strongly in major revenue-source markets such as the United States, South Korea, and Japan, once again setting a new monthly revenue record this month. Together with the relatively stable revenue contributions from its two other classic products, Gossip Harbor and Seaside Escape®, this further consolidated the overall performance of its merge-game portfolio and pushed its ranking up to second place this month.

Kuro Games' flagship anime-style title Wuthering Waves carried forward the momentum of its second-anniversary celebration this month. On June 8, it launched version 3.4, The Dream Not Dreamed, and opened a major collaboration with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The product's first collaboration added the crossover story At Dream's Edge and the Night City-style area Somnoire: Night City, while the popularity of the Resonators Lucy and Rebecca drove the product's monthly revenue to grow by another 29.4% month on month, pushing it back into the global mobile game revenue Top 20 and further lifting the publisher's ranking.

The international version Sword x Staff of Legend of Staff and Sword, an idle RPG under Leiting Games (SH:603444), entered its first full operating cycle in June. At the beginning of the month, it launched a limited-time collaboration with KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! 3, effectively carrying forward the user momentum accumulated during the product's initial launch. The product generated more than US$13.62 million in estimated revenue in the United States alone this month, and its estimated overseas monthly revenue grew by more than 203% month on month. Its outstanding performance also drove the publisher's revenue to grow by more than 84.2% month on month, lifting its ranking into the top ten.

Yostar also benefited from a breakout performance by a core product. Its Japanese mahjong title Mahjong Soul launched a collaboration event with the well-known anime Akagi: The Genius Who Descended Into the Darkness in mid-June. The return of limited characters Shigeru Akagi and Iwao Washizu, animated outfits, and multiple types of cosmetics drove a sharp revenue surge, with estimated revenue exceeding US$1.78 million on the day after the event launched. Together with the momentum from the late-May event Aspiration to the Clouds: Treasure-Hunting Meow, this helped drive the publisher's overseas revenue up by more than 62.1% month on month in June.

At the tail end of the ranking, Bilibili (NASDAQ:BILI) also delivered an impressive performance on the games side. Its anime-style card game Trickcal: Chibi Go received a major version update in mid-June, with the launch of Chapter 9 of the main story, the addition of the new high-rarity Aida Apostle Linua and her exclusive Legendary Card, and multiple character rate-up events pushing the product to a new monthly revenue record. Japan contributed more than 92% of revenue, becoming the main source of this round of growth.

Also benefiting from core product version updates, Hypergryph returned to the ranking this month. Its real-time strategy RPG Arknights: Endfield launched version 1.3, Scattered Notes of Relics, on June 5, opening the new area Sword-Hiding Valley and multiple storylines. The launch of popular content including the six-star physical Guard Mifu and the exclusive weapon Red Tassel effectively drove core players back, pushing the publisher's overseas revenue up by more than 93.3% month on month in June. In addition, publishers that moved up in the ranking last month included Lilith Games, 4399, Magic Tavern, and Zeroo Gravity.
