What are some things to keep in mind when issuing invoices online?
A:
General invoices are issued electronically, while special VAT invoices are issued as paper invoices. For general VAT invoices: sent to the user's registered email address within 3 business days of submitting the invoice application; for special VAT invoices: order review and invoice delivery are completed within 15 business days of submitting the invoice application.

Can I upgrade to a higher version after purchasing a DianDian membership?

If you need to upgrade to a higher-level membership after paying for a membership, you can go to the payment page and click on the corresponding higher-level version to upgrade. The remaining days of your original membership will be added to the validity period of the higher-level membership based on the unit price.

What is the invoicing process for online payments and corporate account top-ups?
A:
Online payment users can be directly redirected to the invoice management page to issue an invoice after payment. Users making corporate top-ups need to contact DianDian customer service first, providing proof of payment (electronic receipt) and their activated account. After customer service processes the account upgrade and informs them, they can proceed to the invoice management page to issue an invoice.

How to modify or reset the email password?

1. Access the login page: Open your browser and visit the official login page of Diandian Data: https://app.diandian.com/login. Click on the "Email Login" option at the top right corner of the page. 2. Start the password recovery: Below the login box, find and click the "Forgot Password?" link. The system will guide you to the password reset page. Note: The entire process usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
