After your DianDian account is deleted, we will stop providing you with DianDian services and, upon your request, delete your personal information or anonymize it, except where otherwise required by laws and regulations.
2. To provide goods or services to you
(1) Information you provide to us:
To provide the corresponding services, you need to provide the real transaction participant’s name, identity verification documents (for individual users, a copy of your ID card; for company users, a stamped copy of the business license), contact address, postal code, and phone number (individual users provide their own contact number; company users provide a contact person’s phone, ID copy, and authorization letter). If we engage a third party outside of affiliated companies to provide services to you, we will share this information with such third party only after obtaining your consent. If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to complete the related service delivery.
3. To send messages to you
(1) Notifications: We may send you service-related notifications when necessary (e.g., when a specific service is suspended due to system maintenance or when we change or terminate a service).
4. To provide security protection
To improve the security of services provided by our company and partners, and to protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public, as well as to better prevent phishing sites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyberattacks, and unauthorized intrusions, and to more accurately detect violations of laws, regulations, or DianDian agreements, we may use or integrate the information we collect from you along with information obtained from our partners with your authorization or as permitted by law to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary measures such as recording, auditing, analyzing, and handling incidents in accordance with law.

(2) Changes to Your Authorization and Consent
You always have the option to disclose information. Some information is necessary for using DianDian, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device functions, etc.
Once you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization, nor will we process your related information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People’s Republic of China is generally stored within China, except under the following circumstances:
1. Where otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations;
2. Where you have provided explicit authorization;
3. Where cross-border transactions or activities are initiated through your use of internet services.
